Process
Step 1: Purchase the raw materials for making terrazzo tiles in the local market, generally stone particles, pigments, cement, water, etc.
Step 2: Mixing and feeding, that is, mixing the raw materials. During this process, you can mix manually or add an automatic mixing system. After sufficient mixing, the raw materials can be fed into the mold.
Step 3: Pressurizing and molding tiles. When the mold is finished feeding, we can press the button to control the start of pressurization. Using the hydraulic system of the Industrial Terrazzo Slab Production Line, the finished tiles will have sufficient strength and high density. The semi-finished terrazzo tiles are stacked and pushed into the curing chamber with a temperature between 25 degrees and 30 degrees to achieve stability and initial hardening.
Step 4: If a smooth surface is required, the tiles will be in the polishing process to polish the tiles into a smooth surface, making them finer and more beautiful.
Step 5: The finished tiles can be packaged and shipped to customers and directly used in construction projects.
