Technological Process

Tile mould---Spray release agent---(Sand, cement, water---Mixer---)Main forming machine---(Matching color---)Coloring machine---Acrylic machine---Tile shelf---Demold(---Tile mould)---Tile yard---Maintenance. Mix raw materials approximate 5 minutes without water, then mix raw materials 5-10 minutes with water, the rate of cement and sand is 1:1.8-2(50 KGs cement can produce 31-34 pieces of tile).
