The first step: prepare suitable materials.

Step 4: Spray a thin layer of release oil on the mold. At the same time, the pallets are individually indexed through the machine by hydraulic cylinders.
Step 5: Put the mixture into the hopper box of the extrusion head and shape it into cement tiles under high pressure.
Step 6: Put the finished cement bricks on the frame for natural curing.
Step Seven: Coloring. After drying for about 5-10 days, you can start painting. At the same time, many users will spray evenly after installation on the roof, so that the paint can be sawed off and it is beautiful.
