1. Raw material ratio table.

In addition, the sludge content in raw materials should not exceed 1%, otherwise it will affect the product quality.
2. Molding.
In production, forming is extremely important, and the stirred material must filter out water under pressure during forming, so as to become dry and hard tiles.
The required pressure is more than 100 tons (the pressure gauge is more than 13MPA), and the pressurization time is not less than 3.0 seconds.
The lower mold filter must be replaced in time, generally 2-3 times per shift. Depending on the filtered water, if the filter oil is damaged and the filtered water becomes turbid, the cement in the material will be lost accordingly, and the quality will decline, so please replace it in time.
Three: Appearance.
The shaped tiles must have sharp edges and corners, smooth and delicate, obviously dry and hard, have a certain embryonic strength, and will not break in the tile class.
Four, maintenance.
After forming, please keep it on the pallet for 24 hours naturally, pay attention to moisturizing and heat preservation.
The next day, the primary concrete tiles were removed from the pallet and placed in the yard for natural maintenance. Watering more every day for the previous week to cool off the heat,
When the weather is dry, sprinkle more water and erect the roof tiles on one side. They can leave the factory after 28 days.
five. spraying.
Colored cement tiles are made by spraying a variety of special colored tile paints after the ordinary cement tiles have solidified and hardened according to customer needs.
The key to spraying: the paint of colored tiles must be reliable in quality and durable in color. The tiles after maintenance must have sufficient strength.
Before spraying, the tiles must be dried (the moisture content should not exceed 2.0%), and the surface of the tiles should be dedusted.
After the primer is sprayed first, it can be left to dry. Then it can be shipped out of the factory.
