Cement color tile production process
1. Raw material ratio table.
The production of cement color tiles adopts forced mixer mixing, and the mixing time is 5-10 minutes. Taking the 350 type mixer as an example, generally each mixing is based on 50kg (one bag) of cement, such as:
The ratio of cement to aggregate is 1:1.5-2.0 (weight ratio)
The ratio of water and cement is 1:0.25-0.35.
The moisture should not be too much, otherwise it will cause the phenomenon of tile loose slime. But too little moisture will reduce the fluidity of the material, which in turn reduces the quality of appearance.
In addition, the sludge content in the raw material should not exceed 1%, otherwise it will affect the product quality.
2. Forming.
In production, molding is extremely important, and the stirred material must filter out moisture under pressure during molding to become dry and hard tiles.
The required pressure is more than 100 tons (the pressure gauge is more than 13MPa), and the pressurization time is not less than 3.0 seconds.
The lower mold filter must be replaced in time, generally 2-3 times per shift. Depending on the filtered water, if the oil filter is damaged, the filtered water will become turbid, the cement in the material will be lost accordingly, and the quality will decrease, please replace it in time.
Three: Appearance.
The shaped tiles must be angular, smooth and delicate, obviously dry and hard, and have a certain embryonic force, which will not break on the tile.
Fourth, maintenance.
After molding, please maintain the tiles on the tray naturally for 24 hours, and pay more attention to moisturizing and heat preservation.
The next day, the tiles of the primary concrete were removed from the tray and placed in the yard for natural maintenance. In the previous week, attention should be paid to watering and maintenance every day to clear away the heat.
When the weather is dry, sprinkle more water and erect roof tiles on the sides. They can leave the factory after 28 days.
five. spray.
Colored cement bricks are made by spraying a variety of special colored tile coatings on ordinary cement bricks after curing, coagulation and hardening according to customer needs.
The key to spraying: Color brick coatings must be of reliable quality and long-lasting color. The tiles must have sufficient strength after maintenance.
Before spraying, the tile must be dry (its moisture content does not exceed 2.0%) and the surface of the tile must be dusted.
After the first spray of primer, it can be dried. Then you can leave the factory.
