In daily work, the staff should pay attention to the following points in daily maintenance:
(1) Terrazzo tile machine hydraulic system
Check whether the oil level is normal before starting;
Whether it is close to the switch and the limit device is tight;
Whether manual and automatic circulation is normal;
Whether the solenoid valve is in the original position;
Turn on cooling water before booting, and discharge cooling water after shutting down.
(2) Machinery system
The terrazzo tile machine is on the surface, inner surface, the inside surface, the guidance columns, the on -duty sliding surface of the downtown and the surroundings of the lining, and the motion of each movement on the workbench guide rail.
The connection of each movement site is loose. If there is a loose phenomenon, it is tightened.
(3) The terrazzo tile machine pneumatic system
Demanded air compressors and air filters before and after shutting down;
When the pneumatic device is running, check whether the amount of oil drop (2-3 drops per minute) is appropriate;
(4) In the entire process of running the terrazzo tile machine, pay attention to observing the operating conditions of each system and the quality of the brick brick at any time. If abnormalities are found, they should be stopped immediately and turned on after the failure.
(5) Filter cloth blocking or damage must be washed or replaced in time to ensure the quality of bricks
What should be paid attention to during the operation of the terrazzo machine?
1. The terrazzo machine is suitable for sanding when the concrete reaches 70~80 of the design strength.
2. Before the water mill is operated, check the fastening of the connecting parts, and hit the grinder with a hammer to make a crisp sound without cracks.
3. The cable should be erected from the ground, and must not be dragged on the ground. The cable should be undamaged and well grounded.
4. After turning on the machine and the water source, press the handle to make the grinding disc off the ground, and then start the motor. Check that the direction of rotation of the grinder is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow. After normal operation, slowly lower the grinder for work.
5. During operation, the use of cooling water should not be interrupted, and the water consumption should be transferred to a place where the working surface is not dry.
6. During operation, when abnormal sound is found after the grinding disc is beating, the maintenance should be stopped immediately. When shutting down, the mill should be lifted before shutting down.
7. After replacing the new grindstone, polish it for 1-2h on the waste water grindstone floor or the surface of waste cement products, and put the diamond into the working surface after cutting and polishing.
8. After the operation, cut off the power, clean the mud in each part, put the water mill in a dry place, and cover it with a tarp.
