What's the matter if the cement tile machine cracks or does not form?

The gap between the tile support and the tile of the cement tile machine is too large, generally 1-5mm, if the gap is too large, the tile will be broken, and if the gap is too small, the tile will be damaged. There is no release agent or too little release agent. If the release agent is sprayed too little, the injection pressure can be slightly increased.
If the tile support plate is lifted too fast or shakes, just adjust the corresponding throttle valve. If the proportion of sand is too high, the plasticity of the tile material is not enough, and cracks will occur when the tile is removed. The distance between the upper mold and the lower mold is too large, resulting in cracks when the tile is removed.
The out-of-shape of tiles may be caused by the following aspects. The ratio of sand and ash is wrong, and the sand is too much to be compacted. If the material is too dry or has little water, the material cannot fill the mold cavity when pressurized, and water should be added appropriately. If the material is not fully stirred, the stirring time should be increased. If the mixing time of the material is too long, the plasticity of the cement will decrease.
