The color tile machine uses plastic concrete in the mold to filter out excess water and then form it into various required tiles and bricks. After curing and spraying various colored cement tile coatings, the cement tiles made have the characteristics of density, strength, light weight, and reasonable tile shape, which changes the traditional cement tiles formed by rolling dry hard concrete, which are rough, low in strength, and monotonous in tile shape. In addition, the tile support plate required by the color tile machine does not need to be pressed together with the concrete, but only needs to support the maintenance of the tile blank, so it is pressed with cold-rolled thin plates. It has the characteristics of less support plates and more varieties, which can save production for users. Issues that need to be paid attention to when operating the color tile machine for the first time:
1. When testing the machine for the first time, it must be filtered with a manual support plate. The error of the length and thickness of the support plate should be kept below plus or minus 2mm to prevent the plate from being stuck and damaging the plate feeder.
2. The bottom plate of the feed hopper should be kept consistent with the mold plane. It should be checked and adjusted after a certain period of use. After the feed hopper is returned, it can not only scrape back the residual material, but also clean the sticky material on the surface of the pressure head. The upper and lower scrapers should be adjusted, and they should be replaced in time if they are excessively worn.
3. Check whether the brick jointer is clean. If there are sticky blocks, they must be scraped off before they can be sent to the bottom plate warehouse of the molding machine. The vibration and pressure time should be strictly controlled. If necessary, the material amount can be adjusted. Pay attention to whether the limit of each process is normal and whether the screws are loose at any time. If there is an accident, stop the machine and adjust it in time.
4. Check the power supply of the cement tile machine, including checking the grounding wire of the electrical part to avoid leakage, short circuit and other phenomena.
5. The hydraulic system should be adjusted to the rated pressure, the oil filter should be cleaned regularly, the oil should be filtered at least once a year, and the hydraulic system should be checked regularly to ensure the safety of components and extend the life of the product.
